JAMSA and Me
"What you will gain the most from your college experience, besides your degree, is seeing how much you have grown over the years and the people you have shared your experiences with.
For me, the Jamaican American Student Association (JAMSA) has been a home away from home. I have grown as a person and as a Leader. I have made lifetime friendships, as well as understood the importance of giving back. What this organization really means to me is a sense of growth, friendship, and some of the best times I had in college."
As a senior, Simone wants to make sure to leave a lasting legacy and impact on the University of Florida campus. She says "Big tings a gwan" for UF JAMSA this school year.
