#BeautifulBlackUF
While coming up with the name for the "JAE School," one of the top contenders was "Beautiful Black UF." The main reason why I went with the title "JAE School" over "Beautiful Black UF" was because life at PWI is not always beautiful. Sometimes, there are more struggles with being a black face at a Predominately White Instition that you forget to look at the bright side of things. The JAE School was made to focus on the good, bad and the ugly truth about the attending the University of Florida.
Although, the blog is not named Beautiful Black UF, we still plan to use the hastag #BeautifulBlackUF when posting certain photos. Such as this one.
